Ok i bought one of those Ebay Amber foglights and installed em myself.Everything went smooth until i went to turn it on.The switch has a short i think so i didnt want to bother messing with it cuz its a cheap POS...i just recieved a OEM switch but the connectors are different.Im thinking i can get the right connector harness and just splice that with the aftermarket one.Hass anyone been through this before?

 

I've seen many of these problems on CRSX from ebay fogs. And to my knowledge yes buying the stock harness will work

You dont even need a template.I was stressin that too when i first got em,then i was like eff this and just attacked it.It wasnt hard at all.

 

1. did u plug everything into the fuse box right? my ebay fog kit just pluged and play all i need to do was shave one of the connectors that when into the fuse box because it didn't fit alll the way threw ( one prong brown connector)
