I know that there are dozens of threads about ebay fog lights...i've got those beat craigslist!!! however i'm pretty sure they are ebay..now i installed them as I read to and nothing...but instead of wiring the red bullet connector from the forglight harness to the switch harness i inserted the foglight harness one to the 1-pin connector by the windshield washer tube, then connected the one from the switch to the brown plug behind the interior fuse box...once i grounded the switch i could hear the relay opening and closing and the light, on the switch, worked..but then the lights didnt work...also now the relay doesnt open and when i put a different relay on it didnt work either...so i wired them the way that everyone says to wire ebay fogs but that didnt do it either...the bulbs are good and the fuse is good as well...this is for a 00 SI..i found a site that taught how to make ur own harness but now i cant find it..i can take pics if it would help anybody help me

 

The egay relay are crap. I scraped my entire harness and made my own.

but that is for the OEM way, which is the way I did until it didnt work, and I read a different way to do them when they are EBAY or some other non OEM type..and mine is a 2000 si

 

i just made a jumper from my headlight to the fog's and changed the headlight fuse to a larger one

 

Ok. Get some wire, fuse holder, equipment for making your connections etc. I took the old harness and chopped the connectors that go to the fog lights off. Then I took a wire with a ring terminal on the end soldered a fuse block onto that and then continued to a switch in the car. Then I went from the switch into each of the positive sides of the foglight connectors. Then take a wire from the negative side of each connector and ground to some bare metal on the chassis. Hook everything up and complete. If you have no knowledge of basic electrical wiring please go find a friend that does.
