I have a 95 civic ex coupe with a 97 itr swap,im running a p75 ecu and its chipped to run vtec and has a type r base map but for some reason I can't pass 7200 rpms I've chipped with different people to see if it was a bad burn but still I can't pass it anyone know what it can be or what can cause this?

 

try a dif ecu...

 

That's my next step but it will be hhard non of my friends got civics,but ill find someone
