Default 00 v6 Loose ALL Power Randomly

Short story. I can be driving the car and it will loose all power and engine dies. No window, radio clock Etc will work. When i try to start it everything is dime and barley have any power. But if it sits there for 30mins it will start and drive like normal. I would need to put the code for the radio again. I checked all grounds they look good so are the battery terminals. Battery and alternator are good. Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like ignition switch or main relay problem.

wasn't there a recall for those switches? why yes there was. register the car with owner's link and it will show you the status of any recalls

I have a 99 Accord with the same problem, can you explain how to register car with owners link? For some reason I can't figure out how to do it and am new to site.

Even if the recall has been performed in the past, your ignition switch could still be bad. It Happened To Me - at 175,000 miles.

The ignition switch was replaced on my 99 on recall, I think maybe I may be having a problem with the main relay also, can anyone give me a clue as to where it is located?
