Default Circle/360 degree bent tubing

I came up on a new project but dont know where to find tubing bent 360 degrees. I need 3 circles...2 with a 32.5" diameter and 1 with a 13.5 diameter. This is what I need to make...

Point me in the right direction to find this. Thanks in advance.

contact www.woolfaircraft.com they can bend you some long radius 90's or U's that you can weld together.

edit: what size tubing? if its small it can be be done with a ring roller.

1 inch tubing in 14 or 16gauge will work.

While we are on the subject, has anybody used this bender/roller before? http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=99736

I understand it's a Harbor Freight tool, but I won't be using it very much. I'm making a gate for the side of my house and I thought it'd be nice to incorporate a few arches in it. It's a lot cheaper to buy this tool and do it myself than pay a shop to do a few arches for me.

The 13.5" dia cant be ring rolled. The other one can.

Can you guys do this? I sent an enquiry through your website. I can weld bends together to make the circle. The diameters dont have to be that size necessarily. 14in and 32in will work also.

A friend of mine tipped me off to mfg.com recently and I had a part I needed machined so I gave it a shot. Posted a few drawings of the part I wanted made and received around 30quotes in just a few days.

The things I like about the site are you can research the companies that quote your job before deciding on who to go with and you deal with them directly once you do decide. Also, I liked the ability to limit searches to someone local so I could even visit them in person to discuss the work.

We don't do much work over 2*diameter. Our biggest 1" OD radius is 3". That radius is kind of a grey area. 13.5" DIA = ~6.0" CLR w/ over bend. Not very common for a bending company (6*diameter) as you can bend that size/radius/wall thickness on a standard cheap 3 die rotary bender.

I guess it is supposed to be a bike rack. It will bolt to the ground. The 6inch radius will work for the "head" but I need a 16inch radius for the "wheels".

you could do it old school. cut the circle out of some hard wood and heat the tube with a torch and bend it around the wood form. if you use thin wall tubing you can fill it with sand and cap it to keep it from crushing when you bend it.

i see how it looks like a guy on a bike but i dont see how it functions, if it has a function?

That is actually what I was thinking of doing. The only function is to lock up your bike on it. Thats what I said too! LOL

Shouldn't need sand for those radiuses as long as you are only bend the section of tubing that is glowing red. You might want to quench immediately after the bend though.

I did a little research on this topic earlier today and it looks like the most practical bending method for this induction bending, so if you can find an induction bending company they should be able to accomodate you. The induction benders don't used fixed radiuses dies, they fix the radius using the clamp point on the bend arm and super heat the material as its being draw then immediately quench beyond tangent. Seems to be the thing for short run, odd ball bend radius bending.
