Default Leaking oil... Not sure where, help...

After driving for a while, I am seeing oil leaking off the turbo. It looks like it is coming off the fitting on the feed going in to the turbo. Right where the weird fitting is. It doesn't leak at idle, but after boosting and stopping, I can see dripping on the ground off my charge pipe a little bit, and going down the DP/charge pipe. I tightened that thing down beyond belief, and replaced the 2 copper washers when I put the turbo on...but I'm not sure. There is also oil right next to it where the turbo connects to the exhaust housing. Is there a seal in there that goes bad, or do you think it is in the oil feed lines? Has anyone had this problem before?

Also check your dipstick.. that the part that snaps onto the pipe isn't cracked.

I once realized that I had not put the dipstick back in, and after boosting,
I saw that oil actually shot out of the dipstick tube onto my turbo manifold and
hood. (Is this to be expected? dunno)
