Default afr's rich tuned in winter now summer. how much power loss?

Like the title said i had my car tuned last winter (50 degree weather) and now the car is running rich in 80 degree weather which is normal. Car made 375 hp at 15 lbs's and afr's were in the mid 11's now the afr's are in the mid 10's. just wondering how much power im loosing by not retuning. on cooler days its fine but the warmer ones it a little rich. car doesnt smoke and plugs still look fine. just looking for a little feedback on what kind of power im loosing!

thanks

your loosing a few hp nothing crazy. its hard to say maybe 10 or 15? once you really start to dip deep into the 10s is when you can notice some power loss

it was in the 10.30 range then climbs up a little...is that deep in the low 10's to you? are you thinking 25hp?

Id be cautious about washing the cyl. walls with too much fuel. bad on bearings and so forth. You should be ok, but just my .02

afr's in the 10's is not a good thing. you should have it tuned properly.

high 11:1 to low 12:1 afr is perfectly safe at that power level.

it holds mid/upper 11's when its cold out but in 80-90 degree weather is mid 10's doesnt smoke it is tuned correct but just in cooler weather

you can have it re-tuned to compensate for the change in air temps. or just leave it alone....you will loose a bit of power running that much richer but you may not even feel the diffrence. 375hp at 11.5:1afr you might be seeing 350hp at 10.5:1afr....but that might just be a rough estimate other factors will also come into play..

most factory turbo cars run AFR's in the 10's.......

your tuner should have the capability to properly tune the air temp compensations so this issue doesnt happen.

Only the cars worth mentioning

They do it to keep the cars reliable, alot more can go wrong IMO with a boosted engine vs a NA engine..... for a company to warranty their cars they need a good amount of failsafe built into them.

in the summer the intake air temperature gets way hotter any car in the warmer weather is going to run slower but a little bit richer is ok because it helps cool the engine better.

If you have a wideband why don't you just take a little fuel out yourself? No need to spend money on a re-tune
