I got my block re-built and re-tuned about 4months ago when it was just gettin hot/humid out around april. But anyways, i was told my tune went south and my fuel/air mixture is bad. What do you think.
If im just driving normal and shifting at around 3-3500rpms my car will back fire like crazy. and when i idle down from 3rd or 2nd gear to a stop and throw the clutch in it sounds like im shooting a cannon out the back. and if i do get into boost its like im driving a disel truck ...ill fill the road with black smoke.

I no im running rich, but is this a bad rich? can i hurt my motor and can it blow?

 

How does your tune go south? Was it good one day, and bad the next sort of thing?

It probably won't blow up, but you won't make the best power.

 

it was backfiring a little bit and then lilke few days later it got worse and worse. and im just rolling around backfiring and blowing hella black smoke everywere

 

get it retuned
