Default Do i have the right size piston for my bore?

So i am replacing two pistons cause well they melted...

anyway i ordered (2) 75.5 cp pistons. I received them and i was wondering before i start tearing them apart that they are right.

I meassured them really quick and from side to side to meassures around 74.83mm does this sound right?

if you ordered 75.5mm pistons they should mic almost to 75mm. the bore you need to bore it would be around 75.5mm depending on the piston to wall clearence you want.

you measuring them correct? 1/2" up the skirt?

ahh there you go. it even says on the sheet to measure 0.5" up from bottom of skirt. anyways, now you just gotta get the block bored out to the right spec. if i were you i would bore it over 0.004" instead of 0.0035" but thats just imo.
