Default Removing EK Sideskirts

I'm trying to take off my sideskirts on my EM1 to get access to the fender, but i'm finding it impossible to do. Helm's says you need to take the three clips out of the bottom and then there are more clips that need to be twisted, however, I cant get the three out of the bottom. I'm just using a flathead but I can NOT get these to pop out. do you have to unscrew them? Special tool? Twist them? Break them?

unscrew the plastic under stuff (i forgot whats its called) under the fender.. the screws nearest to the side skirts... then take off the 10mm bolts under the car bolted to the side skirts their should be 3 or 4 idk..prolly 3... then slide the sideskirt forward towards the front end and thats it i believe lmk if everything goes good

your talking about the 3 bottom screws under the side skirts right? yes they are 2 pieces just like the front bumper.. only difference is that you have to screw it on whereas the front bumper peices are pushed in..

Remove the clips under the side skirts, unscrew the screws in the front or back if there is, then push it forward towards the front of the car hard enough and it'll slide forward and come off.

Just use needlenose pliers to pull the clips out from the bottom of the sideskirt. They tend to get weather damaged and ruined because of it. Pull them out and go buy replacements at Autozone or something. Bring your old ones to try to match them up as best as you can.

There are screws at the ends in the wheel wells. Then there are the clips on the bottom, which are supposed to be easy to remove, but aren't. Then push the sideskirt forward and it will fall off the car.

There will be white clips left on the car. Twist to remove those. Slide them back onto the spots on the sideskirt. Line the sideskirt back up with the holes on the car and press it onto the car. Put the new clips on the bottom of the skirt and put the screws back in.
