Icon6 D16y8 Head Bent values and bad cam What should i do ?????

So i have a 2000 honda civic ex (auto tranny) with the d16y8 head that needs replaced. When i pulled the head off i noticed it made a few chipps in the piston. There is no holes, that leak anyways.

Now my question is what should i do??

I took it to the head shop and thats out of the question i will buy a used d16y8 before having this one rebuilt. They want like 350 cus the cam is bad as well. I can find a few d16y8's for around 200-300. But i would like to get a little more horse power in the car without going over board as far as having to put a new ecu in.

Is the a diffrent head that i can switch to the would bolt up and plug right in?

Should i pull the block and redo the pistons as well?

Maybe i should just swap a whole engine maybe a better one with more horse power ???

Any kinda info is good i learn quick but i dont know much about swapping...
