Who else hates........

3rd gear on the d-series motors...my friend has an si(b16) and its really not that much faster, that 3rd gear just really bites...anybody on this page as well? lol

You probably don't want to touch 4th or 5th then. Welcome to the wonderful world of torque multiplication =P
