how often do you replace the fuel filter, i changed it last summer, but im thinkin it needs it again, car likes to hesitate when i push the skinny pedal to the right. help please

 

it shoudln't need changed every year, if you want to that's up to you though.

i assume you've tried the other tune-up hardware, such as plugs/wires/cap/ and rotor?

 

no i havent change out the wires cap or rotor, i changed the plugs like 6-9 months ago, ill try that and see if it works

 

Many people tend to blame/question the fuel filter for a variety of problems, but it's usually not the cause. Just change it every couple years.

I would consider doing an ignition tune up like forcefedferio said.

 

see only reason i blame it, is b/c b4 i replaced it, the car was doin the same thing, but its not to the point of randomly stalling out on me like it did b4

 

i thoght you replaced the fuel filter every 30,000kms.
