i got a dc sports header with a 2.5" collector and am having trouble finding a complete 2.5" exhaust that will bolt up to this. can someone point me in the right direction as to who sells a good true 2.5" exhaust system

i've been looking for mandrel bends and exhaust flanges on the web and i came across a site that sold a kit for civics that was a mandrel bent 2.5" cat to muffler system for around $100... you would need to have it welded in with hangers (and add flanges if you wanted.) the problem is i can't remember the URL... it's out there though, if you feel like searching for it.

or go to your local muffler shop i had my guy custom bend my 2.5 piping and then put in on my headers ( used muffler shop piping)

didn't think i would be able to...

turns out the cheapest is $120... still not bad. SS is $195. it does say it comes with hangers and bolts, the rest is up to you.

 

dats a good deal, but unfortunently it wont fit my hatch, its for 2/4 doors

 

If you are looking for a quality exhaust that will actually add HP then an ebay exhaust is out of the question. To point you in the right direction, I suggest a cat-back exhaust system like the Skunk2 Megapower exhaust. It'll run you about $500 -$600 depending on shipping but every dollar goes towards helping your car make more hp rather then making more noise.
