Default lowered with pics

hey guys i have a 1999 civic dx 4 dr, and i just bought some coilovers, the picture i uploaded is on photoshop. The reason i photoshopped it is because i wanted to ask you guys if that is too low or any other suggestions, once i see that it is at a reasonable height, i will install the coilovers. leave me crap guys

You should buy new wheels+tires before you lower/slam your car. Clean ride man except the fender looks like it has a dent in it. =(

I was just saying what I would do I would get some wheels and tires THEN lower my car but that just me, I think anything lower than stock height looks MUCH better so go ahead and lower it as much as you like it will look cool.

How low you decided to go is your own personal opinion. go with what looks good to you. At the end of the day your the one driving it. I lowered my accord 3 inches all around, tires tucking in

I have my 00 coupe at that same height, just slightly above the tires. Rides great and havent had any problem with rubbing.
Setup:
Ground Controls w/ front tophats
KYB AGX

the question is...what coilovers did u buy? if you bought full coilovers do it, go that low or even lower...if you just bought some coilover sleves and ur planing on lowering it on stock struts dont go any lower than 1.7" all around...im kinda in the same situation...bought some skunk2 sleves and dont want to put them yet until i have some good struts...or probably im just gonna lower it like 1.5" for now until i get some struts..

just lower it 1.5 all the way around...maybe 1.8 in the rear and get a good alignment and zero the tow...and you should not really notice any unusual tire wear

WTF are $100 coilovers??? they are either quality couple hundred dollar coilovers or $30 ebay coilovers. unless you spend $100 on some megan racing or something like that which is the same as $30 ebays.

in my opinion this thread will get locked because this is the TECH section, scroll to the very bottom of the main page for the appearance section.
