Easiest way would be to get a chipped P28 or other vtec ecu and an obd1 jumper harness.

If you need to pass emissions a P30-A02 out of a 96-97 del sol VTEC would be perfect and you won't have to deal with the immobilizer stuff from the 99-00 Si ecu.

i have a jdm b16a in my hatch.. and im getting a b16a2 bottom block so i can get my car bar'd. the thing is that my b16a was change to obd1. so if i wanna change the b16a2 block will everything fit according to how it was with the b16a? or i need to swap parts around..

yep b16 blocks are basicly the same obd 1 or 2.
the obd doesnt go by the head, or block but the dizzy, starter etc. also the car.
just pull head off install on block and go bar.

Not sure what the case is for you, but I have a 96 EX with a 00 B16A2 swap. I use a chipped p28 mapped for a b16a2 with an obd2a to obd1 jumper harness.

If you want to run the P2T ECU, you will need a OBD2A to OBD2B wire harness. I would rather source a complete EJ8/EM1 harness if I were you.
