Default Suggestions on Suspension

Ive got a 95 civic cx hatch that I DD. Its got some shitty ebay coilovers on it that came on the car when I bought it. Im looking at changing the setup. I was thinking ground control coilovers and illumina struts. Im looking for something that will have a pretty good ride (not bounce me off the road) and handle decently at the same time. Keep in mind though that this is a DD and Im not looking to dump a ton of money into the suspension.. Any suggestions welcome.. Thanks.

tein basics are stiff through the corners but wont beat you up over bumps, very comfortable ride for daily / spirited driving.

I think they are progressive to give that feel? I heard they ride real smooth but stiffen up in the turns. My Neuspeed sports on stock struts ride smooth and have that stiffness in turns but its obviously not even close to good riding compared to a car with new stuts too. most ebay things are **** and DO NOT heat your springs. My friends car will go airborne on the bumps before bridges its stupid and he went with heated egay ****

Yeah I think this is what Im gonna go with.. Are the top hats really worth getting? I know they add a little more travel to the shock but is the difference negligible?

If you're going for dumped/slammed, then you definately need it.
