Default Cluster, Timer, Radio resets when i turn my 7th gen Civic off/on

Yesterday i installed a IMPRINT sound processor to my ALPINE W505 HU. When i turned the car back on the volume level was on 0, when i pressed the volume UP button the sound was way too high even at LEVEL 1. I was trying to find out the problem but the whole unit turned off and now it won't turn back on. I called ALPINE and they said that before turning on the unit i should have changed the switch positions on the bottom of the HU to EQ/DIV, but i didn't.

Now, the cluster brightness, the time, reset back to factory default as soon as i turn the car off and turn it back on.. AND the HU is not powering on.
I checked all the fuses and they look fine to me.

I am thinking the HU and the car itself has lost constant power because the remote unlock/lock is not working. Even when i try to lock the car when the ignition is turned off from the up/down button on the door it still doesnt work, BUT it works when the ignition is on.

Please help me with this issue.
Thank you
