Ok here goes ive never seen anything like it. Course ive never had a cracked head. But this is what is happening car runs fine no overheating no bogging. But when i get on it ive noticed my check engine light comes on so i get the laptop out and check the code, overheading. But temps never seem to climb. Even while datalogging it, it hit 210 then the cell, checked over and the overflow had filled, refilled the radiator with the overflow and im fine yet again. I get bubble out of the overflow like a headgasket but i hit the two step build boost and no more bubbles. I changed the fluids and checked again running more cool but still get the sweat smell. But again runs just fine.

You have to pull the head regardless. Take it off, check the gasket, check the block and head for warpage, check head for cracks...

 

thats what im trying to avoid but i will if theres nothing else that i could do

 

the headgasket is probably just starting to go out... thats how my car was... then after a while it starts to bog on start ups and losing power.....
