o sorry! its a 1993 honda accord ex with 150 000 miles on it! I had the ac on, on ful blast and the car was running! and nothing is wrong with the expansion port, I already checked that! do u think the condenser is leaking???
what do you mean check for pressure on the low side? and could a leaking condenser be the reason why its not filling up with refridgerent, maybe because their is now vacuem?? could that be the reason??

no it did not get cold, i put i upside down to and nothing! im thinking there is a leak in the condenser, thats probably why its not filling up! what do you guys think?
the can will get cold if the refigerant is leaving the can.
IS YOUR COMPRESSOR RUNNING
Systems that are low will not cycle the compressor at all and you will need to jump it

Even if you had a leak in condenser the can would feel cold as it emptied . do not hold can upside down it will empty liquid into the system. Either your compressor is not kicking in or ,you havent got it got the can hooked up right.after you turn in to puncture
the can you have to back out the handle to let the refrigerant enter the system
