Looking for compatable obd2 ecu to replace my p30
I recently completed an engine swap, B16a replacing my D16y7 in '99 Civic LX. Unfortunately this comes no where close to meeting PA's emission and inspection requirements. Is there an ECU that will run the same Fuel Injection MAP as well as have inputs for the VTEC etc from the B16a engine? If so, anyone from the PA area that knows if this will pass the emission requirements?
