Usually a connectivity problem between the Box and the ECU. Try replacing the cable, then if it is still there inspect the ECU for bad solder joints.

i already replaced that cable that holds 4 wires and still blinking. to check for bad solder joints i open the back of the ecu? my hondata used to work perfect but then
