Default OBD0-OBD1, making my own harnesses?

I have a Z6 that I am putting in my CRX... I need to know of all the harnesses I will need.
I know I need these ones...
1) ECU Jumper, made from obd0 ecu female plugs and obd1 male plugs.
2) Distributor harness, made of male obd1 plugs and female obd0 plugs (?)
3) o2 4 wire harness... I am not sure of how to wire this up, or how to make the harness.
4) VTEC sub-harness.

with #3, where do these wires come from? Do they connect to somewhere in the EF wiring harness?

#4, I have to run them all the way from the VTEC solenoid to the ECU.

Someone correct me on where I am wrong please. I don't want to pull my engine until I can make these harnesses, and until I know everything I need to know.

I am fine with running wires that far. I am holding in my hands obd1 male plugs, and obd0 female plugs.

is there a guide for making a harness though?

Pinouts are all I need. I am good at de-pinning, and soldering.
