i kinda have the same problem, except my idle is really low when I first start it up in the morning, and throughout the day it progressively gets better, until the next morning again..

Is the CEL ON?

You may to clean the IACV on the throttle body.

Will an IACV problem always throw a code? I have a similar problem yet no CEL.

only if the ECU senses a signal problem........ but as long as its between low and high limit it wont think anything is wrong

Pull the CEL codes again to make sure a new one has not popped up. A clogged PCV valve may also cause a low idle, so it's worth checking too. Regarding the O2 sensor code, does the low idle only happen after the engine has warmed up?

actually yea thats what happens. after it warms up it just dies down. thats related to the o2 code??

Test: Unplug the primary O2 sensor to see whether the problem goes away.
