Default Yet another power windows/locks conversion question?!?

So I have a 93 dx coupe that im doing a power conversion to and I already know I need to get everything off the door. I want to know what harnesses I need though to make it all plug and play. Obviously I need the harnesses from the doors and im pretty sure I need the floor harness, but do I need the under dash harness or anything from the bay? Again, I dont want to splice anything, all plug and play, so what harnesses do I need? Thanks all!

Thanks, yea ive seen both of those and they definately do help, but I want to hear from someone that has done this without any splicing or cutting wires. I want all plug and play. If I get all the door components, the floor harness and of course the fuses and relay, what other harnesses do I need? Do I need an under dash harness? How about one for the bay?

No, you don't need any of that, I did it on my hatch, I took the coupe doors, and the floor harness and the under the dash harness, you are going to have to cut some stuff though on the donor floor harness, but nothing on your car, my install is completely reversible.

In think my guide explains it all pretty well. Link in my sig.

I even used the harnesses from a 4-dr and adapted them. I removed the whole under-dash harness (to be clear, I mean the one that runs along the footwell under the padding and carpet) from the fuse-box and driver door to the passenger side. This harness runs into the engine bay - I took that wiring too - but you don't need it at all, unless you are hooking up the Power Folding (and/or Heated) Mirrors, in which case it has some wire colours you want. It doesn't sound like you are doing this though... however, now is your chance to plan ahead, should you decide you want these at a future date.

No, im not doing the power folding mirrors, just power mirrors. I am fairly capable of transferring everything over from the donor car to mine and I learn quick, but I just dont know much about electrical, so I want to avoid haing to re-wire or solder anything at all. I really do want plug and play, so if I can get away with that, I will be happy!

Then follow my guide. There shouldn't be any soldering or rewiring required if you get your wiring from an EX coupe. I reference 'twistedimage's' (and the jackmoves) write-up but note how I suggest to do the speaker wiring ... DON'T use your existing wiring along the floor/firewall, and splice it up like he suggests. Just use the donor car speaker wiring and tape down & cover your old speaker wiring. (IMPORTANT EDIT: This is because the speaker wires use a smaller 'pin' at the connector at the doors ... at least this is the case for a 4-dr ... and it is much faster to do it this way than to run your current speaker wire down the rubber protectors and dick around with the pins at the connector.)

You WILL need to separate the necessary wires from the loom though. This is tedious.

hey man there is no 100% plug and play. you will need to reconnect 4 wires but if you cant do that then you have no business doing this conversion. if you can get an ex full dash harness from door to door for under 80bucks then do it but if not you should buy this guys harness

http://hondamarketplace.com/showthread.php?t=2766613

it will save you the headache and trouble of trying to find a new relay and fuses.check my sig for a full conversion fs .ill work on the price if you dont need or want the glass and metal
