heys guys this is the LS im working with

my goal is at least to get 400whp, my plan is to use my healthy b18b1 block which i will be removing thursday have it built to with stand the boost and higher revs, im hoping all you veteran builders can help me during the course of my build with info on what parts is need to provide the best i can get, my budget is not to tight, but i can work around it some how if i need to live off del taco and top ramen its fine. i started last night, i purchased a b18c1 head, gsr tranny no lsd yet, gsr ecu, gsr oil and water pump, apr gsr head studs oem from dealer, oem itr cam shafts from acura, i plan on building the block first, but would really appreciate everybodys advise on a reliable durable safe LSVTEC turbo build,
thanks in advance, heres the pic of the parts i got last night blox intake mani on the way, blox intake mani any good?

man, you sure do post alot of pics of your car don't you. lol. some people say the blox actually outflow's the skunk2 manifold. not sure if it does or not, but for the money, its a decent manifold. as for building the bottom end to handle vtec and boost, all that is necessary is arp rod bolts. the stock ls bottom end will hit 400 hp on stock sleeves so you should have no worries there. but, if you are a bit concerned, get some forged rods, pistons ect... and new itr cams from acura? man, i bet you paid a pretty penny for those, lol.

today i have 45 mins free on my lunch break at the motorcycle shop i work so i desided to strip my b18c1 head out,......

i made my choice and went with oem new factory b18c5 cam shafts, another words the whole valve train except for the cam gears, still haven't figured out which is best to go with set up, blox intake mani i got coming next thursday, finally get my front usdm itr seats to complete interior, a friend from myspace has a brand new t/3 t/4 just turbo for sale negotiating prices,
sending the b18c1 head to tnt motorsports to port, polish, resurface and drill vtec oil line, and place the new oem itr head internals, minus the cam gears i need to figure the best set,
thanks for all the help guys next step i pull out the healthy b18b1 block few days
