Default SCAMMER: "boostedjdmda"

Hey guys,

Just wanting to give everyone a heads up about this guy. He is an obvious scammer...

I purchased some injectors off of him a while ago and communication was great before the sale, but after i sent payment there was barely any communication since he wouldn't reply to my pm's after asking for a refund. i opened up a paypal dispute and the next day i finally get a pm from him telling me to close the dispute because he is unable to accept incoming payments and if i close the dispute he will reimburse me my $220 + $10 for waiting (WTF he's negotiating with me lol). I called paypal to verify that this was true and they told me to definately leave the dispute open because he is still able to transfer in funds from his bank account into paypal. he responded with the following message last night:

(ME)hey man,

I just talked to a Rick at paypal and he confirmed with me that i should NOT close the dispute until the funds are returned to me. I understand that you say you've tried adding funds to you paypal and paypal just told me that having a dispute open will not affect you being able to transfer into your own paypal account via bank account or credit card and if you say that you are having trouble then please contact paypal. The dispute will stay open until you fulfill your obligation to pay me back my money. If i don't get it from you then i will escalate the dispute to paypal...if your brother owes you money then please get him to withdraw the funds from you, deposit it into your bank account, and transfer it into your paypal account to refund back to me.

(HIM)im all set dude. you can have fun getting your money back im just going to close the account. later. Theres a whopping 0 dollars in the account and i told you i wanted to do it my way and add funds from my brothers account and transfer them. I'll give you until tommorow to complie with what I have asked you or you will get no money in the end.

WOW...Scammers FTL. So at this point i don't know what to do, i just wanna make sure that no one else buys from him.

Ohh and here's a thread where he scammeds another member for a p72 ecu:

Keep the dispute open NO MATTER WHAT.

It will send his bank account in to the negative by 200, plus he'll get hit with fees and **** for going in the negative. You can't close a negative balance bank account, and you sure as **** can't open another with a negative balance.

I say keep it open, it will royally **** him over, even if he doesn't have the money in the account. It will also ruin his credit, as overdrafts are reported by the banks.

lol at the fact that he is trying to get people to believe that he can't add funds while he has a dispute, so he needs you to close it first. Hopefully, no one believes him.

You don't have to have any funds sitting in your paypal account to process a refund. I did it once for an item which arrived broken (through ebay as well) and clicked refund the amount....yep $0.00 in my paypal acct, all it does it take the funds from your bank account/credit card. And +1 for the guy above me talking about overdrafts, and negative balances.

Sorry for the loss man, scammers suck ***.

he probably went to go buy himself a pair of ***** cause he's too ***** to come out and be a man about the situation....

Give us our money back, you defend yourself saying you're not a scammer but in the mean time you used our money and never sent our stuff, that equals scammer and i hope one day it really bites you in the ***!! I'm out $250 bucks on a super tight budget for my project and because of that it'll probably have to wait another 2 months to get done you son of a bitch
