basicly with that mount everything should bolt up.. im assuming that the car has always had ac and you just swaped from a d series to a b series.

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ has it for like $65 the last time I bought one from them. You need one from a 97-00 CRV. Don't believe auto/manual matters, but I got one from an automatic.

(EDIT: It's #1 in this picture, for $66.85: http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...NE+MOUNTS+(AT))

I believe you'll have to remove the power steering belt to get at it, and probably also the power steering pump to get at all the bolts. It goes inside the power steering belt on the crank pulley. I believe that I reused the old AC belt from my D series, but I can't be 100% sure, as I had both D series and Integra belts at the time that I did it.

You should not have to do anything regarding the timing belt whatsoever, but you do need to set proper tension on your PS and AC belts when you put it back together. It shouldn't be that hard. The power steering pump has a sort of wingnut / set nut tension adjuster where the whole pump swings up and down. The AC has an adjustable idler pulley. To adjust tension, just move it in or out as needed.
