Yes, you can use the stock LCAs w/the Integra LTAs but if you think you may want to install a sway bar sometime in the future, I'd swap the stock LCAs while I was doing the conversion.

i was going to i have the sway bar and lcas but the strut bolt froze inside the lca and snapped off i figured if i wanna do it later ill just buy some new lcas

You can drill that out pretty easily, can't you?
I have a stock Integra LCA if you need it...lmk.
