Default Clutch Problem

I have a 95 integra gsr, im not sure on how old the clutch is, but it is a fatory clutch. The problem i have been having is that sometimes it seems like it slipps going into gear, where as you can actually hear it. Its not a huge slip but its taking away from my power, and im sure its not good on the clutch, but its actually nothing you can smell. Other times the clutch actually (when im letting it out) it gets stuck about 1/4 of an inch from being fully disengaged but about 1 second later or less it pops out the rest of the way, you can physically feel it your foot. I need to figure out what this is asap, so please if you have any experience with such problems or clutches at all let me know what you think. Thanks

Kyle

Dont go hard on it, because it will go out, if you must go hard on it just make sure you have the number for a tow truck or are infront of a garage. I had the exact same problem about a month ago, and totally blew the clutch out.

so what am i goign to have to do, it worked fine before my motor was out, but now it has these problems. Are there adjustments? The fluid looks very dirty and milky, could that be the reason? The motor was out so maybe its not adjusted right. Its not time for a new clutch so lets hope its somthign diffrent then what happened to you. Thanks
