Default Idle problem. Plz help

Hey guys so I have a idle problem. When at idle it revs up to about 1500 then goes down then up and down so on and so on. I don't know what it could be I checked all the vacum lines and could not find a leak. Can anyone help? Thanks guys

IACV is usually the culprit, or low antifreeze or air in the coolant system.

If you unplug the IACV does it give it a fast idle that fluctuates only a ~2-300 rpm? If it stalls out, you know your IACV is bad.

take off the FITV that is located under the throttle body, take off the two 8mm bolts and cover plate on the rear, screw the little valve all the way in until it stops and you'll be a-ok.
