Some lady backed into my passanger quarter panel ive messed around with bondo and such but wanna know the best way of fixing this maybe bondo or cut the whole panel and replace with a new quarter panel lmk thanks heres some pics

 

IMO i would try to pop out as much as you can and from there bondo it to make it flush. thats what i would do

 

I was thinkin the same any other suggestions ?
