Default Fresh air vent stuck open

I have a 99 civic si and when I hit the recirculation button, the vent for outside air does'nt close, it's stuck open.I checked all fuses and everything else on climate control works, the button is even lit up.I can smell other cars exhaust threw my vent it sucks. Is there anyway to manually close it?

I've checked everything, I don't get why it won't close.

Recirculation control motor either unplugged or N/G.

Access motor, make sure black/yellow lead has power, [ign. switch on/engine running] check for ground on green/red, [from recirc switch] and/or green/white, [fresh air switch].
This^^^ assumes wire colors are the same for 96-98 civics and 99 Civics.

The only manual way to do it, [motor N/G] would be to remove motor, open case, manually turn motor to recirc, reinstall motor to hold recirculation door closed.

Better yet, replace the motor. 94
