yah i know theres tons of spots to put it, i just want to see pics of where exactly they go, how they fit/look, and stuff like that. i think i want to keep it in the engine bay/ front of car somewhere though so i dont need to have a battery cut off at the track.
i was actually thinking i was gonna use my Perrin front mount off my STi to keep my battery cool. but then i figured running the intercooler pipes might be tough :-\ so instead i decided im going to use a NOZZZ purge kit and spray it on the battery! .... :-\ lolz
what size shot? I heard a nice 300 shot will keep the battery VERY cold. another option would be a new car with cold AC riding next to you, put the battery in the drivers lap and run the wires to your car, VOILA! weight loss AND cold battery. another option is to run your intake to their car so you can suck up that nice cold AC and get a nice little HP increase from that, would need to advance the timing a bit though to take FULL advantage of that though....

im going to call summitracing now and talk to a tech about ordering a 300 shot, tell him my car is stock but I want to go faster. when he tells me thats too much, I will direct him to this forum and show him that it's for the battery. tell him its the new JDM thing and ALL the rave. then start speaking Korean and hang up. he will be trying to figure that **** out for DAYS!
^^ thats a sweet setup i might do something like that if it fits in mine using stock bumpers ect... i wonder how it will hold up to the weather? im in new england and snow and salt might be a problem...
