Use the bracket and your pump can bolt on. PS, I don't know.
Alternator, you can make it work. I ran a D series alternator on my GSR swap for a week after frying mine and having to wait almost a week for a replacement. You need a shorter belt, like shorter than the Civic uses, bigger pulleys or both and a thin washer between the top alternator mount and the alternator if I remember right. They look close, but it's not 100% bolt on swap.

Re: d to b swap
When I swapped an LS into my 98 coupe I had to get a power steering pump from a 98-01 integra. I rigged up the Y7 pump until I could get a good deal. The 94-97 integ pumps do not work because the hose connections are a different size. You could probably swap the rack, but that doesn't sound cheaper.
For the a/c i used a bracket from a CRV. You can use a Del Sol VTEC bracket, but it costs more. These brackets will allow you to use your Y8 a/c compressor.
