Default No!

phantom grip = random slip; fork out the cash and get the real thing, email me if you want details on why I would NOT reccomend the phantom grip.

Default To those that emailed:

The design itself is not bad, just the parts. If the shims behind the side gears were of better metal or roller bearings and there was a small friction disc between the side gears and the PG pieces, it would work alot better. But then it would be called a OPM diff. But they now want about $650 to mod a stock diff. At that price a Kaaz looks good. The OPM diff is proven, as about any decent ITA CRX/Civic. They will mention OPM and Houseman Autosports.

Alsoit puts load on places the factory differential was never supposed to have load or wear; when it wears it also scatters metal fragments/shavings around inside the transmission, which create wear & potential long term damage.
