Default Relacement clutch kits-HYPE?

I was on Ebay looking for a complete clutch/flywheel kit and found these:
http://motors.shop.ebay.com/__?_from...l+90-02+accord
I plan on daily driving with occasional road rage aggression. Alot of stop and go traffic to and from work, almost no freeway driving..

Are any of these name brand kits right for me and my type driving?
I plan on doing no mods except for maybe a cold air intake.
Should I stick with OEM or opt fot "Stage1" or "Fidanza" etc?
Any advantages with an aluminum flywheel?

Ebay stuff can be hit or miss. I'll leave it to someone else to weigh in on whether or not some of those kits and/or sellers can be trusted. I know brands like Fidanza and Exedy are just fine, but sometimes sellers can accidently or intentionally mislabel items.

As far as the lighter flywheels go:

I would say just get an OEM flywheel as I feel the stop-and-go traffic would be more annoying with the lighter flywheel. While the 10 or 11lb flywheels are not TOO different from stock, I can imagine you may begin to notice it after a while in a long commute of stop-and-go.

Just IMO.

the "stages" loosely correspond to the level of increased torque capacity. from what i've been able to find on a few of the popular brands, 40-60% increase is about what you'll get from a "stage 1."

if you're only doing bolt-ons and don't plan on running nitrous... a quality OE replacement clutch will suit your needs.

for the aluminum flywheel... you know how you like to drive better than i do... i would suggest gathering advantages and dissadvantages to a lighter flywheel, then see how they balance out.

here are two to get you started:

I recently added a stage 1 clutch and 8lb flywheel to my setup and the clutch is great compared to stock, I can definitely feel the difference. But I wouldn't get a flywheel that light if you are going to be in traffic frequently.

I bought a complete kit off of Ebay yesterday: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=400048159840

I went with a happy medium for the flywheel. It's not aluminum but chromoly and weighs in at 11.5 lbs versus the factory 18 lbs.

I plan on adding a cold air intake and maybe exhaust so this seemed to be the logical choice. I'll update this thread when it arrives and is installed.
