Default B16 clutch and flywheel

I have a 00 Civic Si and it needs a clutch. I would like to know what clutch would be the best for it. I'm looking at a Stage 2 clutch on ebay. Also I want to put in a lightened flywheel. I don't know how lite to go and if there is draw backs to putting one on my car. Any help would be great.

Thanks Himes42

unless your planning on boosting or spraying, I would say just get an OEM exedy replacement of ebay, you can get the whole kit for around 150. As far as flywheels, I don't have any personal expierence but I hear Fidanza and ACT make quailty lightened flywheels
