Default Timing problem

So I got my swap in, semi-running, time to do ignition timing. With cam at TDC, crank at TDC, ignition timing is 1-2 teeth off with the dizzy tilted all the way out.

This is a rebuilt b2 stock everything, so I don't see how this can be happening. Car also dies unless I keep my foot on the gas, not sure what that can be

If the timing on the compression side? if not that could be the problem. I would check spark plug wire orders in case they got switch.
