Default Engine overhaul?

Hey, my 96 accord ex v6 right now has about 197k miles on it, I was wondering whether or not I should get a engine overhaul done to replace all the seals, or just get a new engine.

Any input would be appreciated thanks.

like they say "if it aint broken, dont fix it"

if your car drives fine i wouldnt worry. but if you got leaks, burning oil, etc. then yes, go ahead. it really depends if your car has been up-to-date with the required maintenance.
