I think that my shifter was swapped out when the motor was and I want to order a short shifter and the last one I ordered was the standard single bend with the ball in the middle and that is TOTALLY not what my car runs..... thanks in advance

just get the shifter thats right for your vehicle/tranny combo. This really shouldn't be that hard to figure out. search on google if you need to but most companies state exactly what they are for.

You have an H swap in your car...you won't have anything resembling the stock shifter from the del sol because the WHOLE shift linkage has changed to a cable unit. The single bend one wouldn't work because it words with bars and not cables.

You will need to get one for an Accord/Prelude depending on the box that was used. Do you know if they just used everything from the same car when the swap was done? If so just get it for the correct model prelude.

 

well the cables and shifter base WERE swapped, I just looked at the receipt. doesn't say what they were swapped to though. I will try to go down and get some pics of mine in a bit, waiting on the rain to let up a little bit.
