how to clean my window visors

is there anyway to clean my jdm visors i just bought them off my friend and his car was sitting for a long time so they arent as clean as i would like haha any ideas?

I used scratch x on mine and they turned out good

Soap and water, then use a plastic polish.

windex is a no no for vehicles, unless it's ammonia free
