I have a 91 honda civic dx, and lately my car has been dying on my way to work. When i leave for work in the morning it has no problems starting, it starts normally and after letting it warm up i am off to work, but after about 10 min of driving it just dies, no sputter
no check engine light, no overheating. It just dies, but after letting it sit for a minute or two it will start right up as if nothing happened. Im not sure of what could be wrong, i did search on google and of course on here, but found nothing. I was hoping some one has had this problem before, and could help. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Have you check the LED on the top of the ECU to ensure you really aren't any codes as the CEL on the dash might have a burnt out light or something to that extent?
Does the car just shut off, as in losing all battery power or does the motor just die out?

Dephtone- I have had my carpet out for a while, and only once i have noticed a led light flashing red. But i just blew it off. And the motor just dies, still having battery power.

i not sure i did it right but, i went out and just counted the flashes on the ecu led light.
this is what i got. number intidcates how many flashes and dash indicating puase in seconds.
16---15---16---15---16---15---16
when i turned the ignition on i got 16 flashes, then a pause for 3 seconds and the 15 flashes, then pause for 3 seconds and the 16 flashes. i did it several times to double check.

Code 15 is your ignition output signal, it's in the distributor, that's probably why the car is dying out, see if you can replace it with another one if you have one laying around.
