take the door panel and the rear panel off and use needle nose pliers if your trying to save it and the clips

how do i remove the rear side moldings on a 91 EF hatch?
its being a bitch ive been pushing it back and front for the past 20mins.
got off the door and fender already.
but lost practically all of my clips.
only two saved,=[

that sucks, lol we should try to remove them at a junkyard first, but then that's a waste of clips....
