Yes- you'll need two small flathead screwdrivers. From the outside of the door panel, and from above and below the molding, pinch the clips that hold the molding to the door. Work from one side to the other. Be careful not to scratch the paint. If the clips are old, you may break one or two. You can buy replacement clips from honda relatively cheaply. The side molding on each fender and rear quarter "slide" off the clips. Don't pull away from the fender or you may end up breaking the attachment points on the molding. The lower door molding can be removed by releasing the lower tabs that wrap the molding around the door. After you do that, you should be able to lift the molding up and away. Take your time and be careful and you should have any problems.

The way I did it was by taking something thin (old kitchen knife) and pivoting the clips. you have to keep the knife firmly pressed against the moulding and, from the bottom push it forward on the drivers (usdm) and back on the passenger side. Once you get one out, you'll see how they rotate. of course theres the nut at the back of the door, and slide off the clip at the front (forward I think)

You have to be careful-you may bend some of the molding pieces. Many of them have aluminum frames.
