I have a big quarter panel dent, and cant get to it from inside to pop it out, is there a tool that could suck it back out? looks like this.

any ideas on what tool to use?

 

you need a stud gun welder and a stud tip puller

 

I will sound stupid, but i saw a suction (gun) on tv to fix dents, but mine is too big and dont know if that stupid thing ever worked, and since i wont be doing any painting on my ride for a while i guess a stud gun welder wont do it.

Try dry ice and a heat gun. I saw it somewhere online. I haven't tried it but the concepts of it seems to make sense. It won't mess up your paint job.
