side molding adhesive help
how the heck do you remove that leftover side molding weather strip or adhesive ****. its too thick for adhesive remover, i dont want to scratch the paint and using a stitch blade takes way too long.
oh yea how the hell do you get that last clip off...there's no way right? nevermind, my creativity got it out from the outside

Re: side molding adhesive help (mluckxxx)
for the adhesive...i would use a heat gun to get the glue to melt...it should peel off better once heated...and for the clip..there should be a way to get it out on the other side of the door

Acetone and a heat gun. You can use a credit card (phone card, points card, ..etc) to scrap and it should do almost no damage to the paint. Careful, acetone is very flammable and it will ignite if it is heated too much (keep it away from your heat gun) it also is not very good for the paint.
