EG hatch fenders on sedans...
I want to make my EG Hatch Bumper Fit nicely... I've been told you have to weld Hatch and Sedan fenders together...
anyone know anything about this?

i think what he's saying is that to make the hatch bumper look right, you have to splice the forward section of the hatch fenders to the rear (closer to the door) section of the sedan fenders.

dont be FVCking rude ( DuhQbnSiLo ) seriously. sorry i mis read your post i though you were having trouble getting the fenders to match up the bumper then you sugested welding so i was a little confused. but now i understand what you meant. look into panel weld products such as liquid metal or jb weld, though a weld is the best option jb is supposed to be just as strong as long as it's not used to put chasis pieces together. and yes for sure the si bumpers look way good.
i think your best bet if you have some sort of a dremel or grinder is to get your new bumper and first line up the front end of the fender then look towards the door and make some marks where you need to cut make it close but it doesn't have to be exact because the jb weld is very nice stuff dries super strong and can be sanded smooth. start with a 200 grit then got to 400 to level better then maybe 600 and 1000 before you would paint over your new attachment.
