what kind of wheels are these?

i still cant figure it out there not racing sparco ns-II

That sticker only tells it's classification/safety standards. As for the manufacturer, look at the hub/back side of the wheel for any stamped in writing.

its a j.a.w.a wheel.. just dont know what manufacturer the wheel came from.

Umm... JAWA is not a wheel model, it's a classification regarding strength.
