Volk Racing TE37 Cup or a replica thereof. I couldn't say for sure whether they are replicas or not.

how can i check if they are legit volk?

Best bet is to take the wheel off and see if it's stamped on the back of the wheel.

Real ones have Volk Racing visible from the outside near the edge of the wheel. No need to remove the wheels to check authenticity.

Well, the JAWA, JWL, or other stamps do not necessarily mean that the wheel was made in Japan. They just mean that the wheel passes Japanese safety standards.

A lot of Rota's have these stamps.

huh, did Volk change the location of the lug pattern?

Cup versions are not the same as the more common TE-37's out there. So, the lug pattern is in a different location.
